York Road is gearing up for a magnificent community summer celebration on the 4th July.  

Our pedestrianised road will feature a fabulous street market selling local wares, crafts and goodies.  Neighbourhood restaurants will be tempting you with delicious food from their “Taste of Kings Heath” stalls.  

The day will be filled with music, courtesy of the Hare & Hounds and Polar Bear music shop, live local acts will be performing outside throughout the day.  

The monthly Vintage Clothing market will be open inside the Hare & Hounds as usual.  The road will also feature a vintage car display, magicians, balloons and a flame eating stiltwalker!!!  

The 80 year old classic Midland Red Charabanc will tour the various Kings Heath Big Party venues from 11 am till 3pm so hop on along its route then hop off alongs its route at York Road and have a blast.
